Privacy policy

The short version

You sign in with Google. We never see or store your Google password.
We keep only what the practice tests need: your name, class, email and your test answers.
We don't sell your data, show ads, or post anything to your Google account.
Email us any time to see or delete your data: Ask.Zenith.Prep@gmail.com.

What we collect

From Google sign-in: your name, email address and Google account ID. Nothing else from your Google account.
What you tell us: your name (you can edit it) and your class (11th or 12th).
Your practice: the papers you build or take, your answers, time spent on each question, scores, the reasons you tag for mistakes, and your dashboard.
Sharing: when a friend opens a paper from your share link, we note that the link was used, so the share can be counted. Your friend never sees your answers or score.

How we use it

To run the tests, save your progress so you can continue on any device, and show your analysis and dashboard.
AI summaries: when you open an AI summary or AI remarks, your test statistics (scores, chapters, timings, mistake types) are sent to Google's Gemini service to write the summary. Your name and email are not sent.

Cookies and storage

One sign-in cookie keeps you signed in (for up to a year, or until you log out). While a test is running, your answers are also kept in your browser so nothing is lost if the connection drops. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Where it is stored and for how long

Your data is stored on servers run by Render (in Singapore). We keep it while your account is in use. Ask us and we will delete your account and everything linked to it.

Students under 18

Most of our students are school students. We collect only what the practice needs and never use it for advertising. A parent or guardian can email us to see or delete a student's data.
